Multistep registration form for FRM and BMU Gala.
Laravel 9 projet, form temporary values saved in session on each of the form steps.
For each step mandatory fields verification and case conditions on participant age and type
On last step form submission values are written in database, generating email confirmation with the submitted data, sent to the registered person and cc to FRM Gala admin.
